(Day 1) - International Flight to Sydney, Australia

After departing from Los Angeles, you will be provided with an evening meal, you can relax, have a drink, watch a movie and rest. You will be given Breakfast before landing in Sydney, Australia. (You lose one day crossing the International Date Line but don't worry you catch it up again on your return flight to the USA)

The Qantas Boeing 747-400 is equipped with the latest entertainment features of any Airline. The overnight flight to Australia can be a good opportunity for sleeping or to watch the latest movies after your evening meal.

(Days 2 to 6) - Sydney Accommodation (4 nights)

(Day 2) - Day Tour, Sydney Opera House

On your vacation participate in an inspiring tour of the opera house in Sydney, Australia.

This one hour tour outlines the intricate and controversial history of the Sydney Opera House along with details of the unique design of this architectural masterpiece. You will visit a number of the six performance venues, including the magnificent wood paneled Concert Hall and the Opera Theatre as well as the new Utzon room. You will also visit the glass enclosed northern foyer areas which boast spectacular views of Sydney Harbour - a perfect photo opportunity.

(Day 3) - Day Tour, Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb Adventure

On your vacation climb the famous Harbour Bridge in Sydney at dawn.

Achieve exhilaration and personal satisfaction as you climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge. For approximately two hours you, along with 11 other eager climbers and a climb guide, weave through catwalks, climb up ladders and then arrive at the most spectacular point of all - the upper arch climb. The steady incline to the upper arch leaves you free to focus your attention on your Sydney experience, with opportunities for 360 degree views of Sydney, including east to the ocean, west to the mountains and the harbour city surrounds. Begin by enjoying harbour views of Sydney's renowned sights. Watch the Harbour Bridge and Opera House glide by as you enjoy an idyllic lunchtime on Sydney Harbour. After your harbour cruise, see Sydney's major highlights, including the Botanic Gardens, before wandering along Bondi Beach. See the city's downtown precincts, the historic Rocks area, vibrant Kings Cross, sandy white eastern beaches and affluent harbourside suburbs in just one afternoon.

(Day 5) - Day Tour, Blue Mountains & Australian Wildlife

On your vacation, discover the spectacular Blue Mountains via deluxe coach and see native wildlife Explore World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park, located outside of Sydney, Australia.

This rugged and beautiful region forms part of the Great Dividing Range, linking tropical north to temperate south, while dividing coastal cities from the vast Outback. Pass by Homebush Bay, site of the 2000 Olympics. Discover Leura village, a delightful blend of groomed gardens and quaint shops, enjoy free time to wander the streets of Leura. Next we stop at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation. Travel through Katoomba, heart of the resort region within the Blue Mountains National Park and discover the remarkable beauty of Blue Mountains National Park, enjoy an easy walk or Visit Echo Point Lookout, see the Three Sisters and hear the ancient Aboriginal legends of this impressive rock formation, hear traditional Aboriginal Dreamtime tales interpreting the creation of local landmarks. (Day 7) - Day Tour, Phillip Island

Phillip Island is home to an astounding array of wildlife, including Australia's largest fur seal colony, the little penguins and cuddly koalas. Enjoy getting close to koalas and kangaroos before joining the little penguins at dusk, as they emerge from the surf and waddle to their burrows.

In the afternoon visit Warrook Farm, a working cattle property, and enjoy the opportunity to feed kangaroos. Then at Phillip Island visit the Koala Conservation Centre and observe cuddly koalas. View Nobbies and Australia's largest seal population. See the seaside town of Cowes and the Visitors Information Centre. At dusk, enjoy the 'little penguin parade' and see penguins make their way to their dune burrows (no flash cameras allowed during the parade).

(Day 8) - Free Day to Explore

Today you'll have the day free to Explore Melbourne City's vast shopping centres, markets and boutiques, maybe do some souvenir shopping.

Melbourne is a Multicultural City boasting many boutique cafes, wineries and extensive shopping. You'll also find it very easy to get around on the trains and trams, especially within the inners of Melbourne.

(Day 8) - Day Tour - National Sports Museum

Experience the essence of Australia through the pride of sports.

Located within iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is Australias greatest showcase of sports at the world-class National Sports Museum which honours Australian Football, cricket, soccer, Olympic Games and more! Immerse yourself in this spiritual home of sports contained within a new, modern museum on two levels of the MCGs new Olympic Stand. Relax and enjoy the great scenery, famous wines and delicious cuisine of Victorias premier wine region. Enjoy the lush ferns and dense forests of the nearby Dandenong Ranges. En route visit the Beautiful Sherbrooke Forest, home to lyrebirds, crimson rosellas, cockatoos and kookaburras. Look out for these native birds. Enjoy the picturesque mountain villages scattered along the way and the spectacular views of Melbournes skyline. Enjoy a traditional morning tea of Aussie billy tea, Lamingtons and vegemite crackers. (Day 13) - Day Tour, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary

This afternoon day tour includes the highlights of Brisbane, a visit to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary and the enjoy the spectacular views from Mt. Coot-tha.

Experience Brisbane's past by touring historic buildings including the oldest Mill and Observatory. Travel through the sub tropic suburbs and observe the classic architecture of these traditional "tin and timber" homes which sit on stilts before you head through to trendy Paddington and past Lang Park Stadium. Also have a visit to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary (established in 1927) which is the world's first and largest koala sanctuary. It is one of the best places to visit Australian native animals in a natural Aussie bush country setting. Here you can hug one of 130 cute koalas anytime of the day (cuddling Koala's is only legal in the state of Queensland) and get a photo (own expense). You can also hand feed friendly kangaroos & emus, see Tasmanian devils, wombats, dingoes, reptiles and more. (Day 14) - Day Tour - Australia Zoo

Travel along the Glasshouse Mountains scenic route 2 hours North of Brisbane to the Wildlife Park of the famous Crocodile Hunter (Steve Irwin) at the Australia Zoo.

You will be taken directly to and from the Wildlife Park and have nearly 6 hours to experience the best of the zoo. Take in the many daily shows and demonstrations where you can see exciting snakes, birds and crocodiles in action! The "Call of the Wild" experience leads you to Steve's home and over 1,000 animals that you would only expect to see in the wilds of Australia. Experience a demonstration featuring wild crocodiles. Meet Amelia, the Wedged-Tailed Eagle and other birds of prey. Watch the small clawed otters frolic and Harriet, the world's oldest giant Galapagos land tortoise, as they feed. Encounter cuddly koalas close up and join in the feeding of the kangaroos, wallabies, and elephants. On your way to join your 4WD Tour, you'll get to see the majestic Glasshouse Mountains which are a series of volcanic peaks that tower above and are bordered by Pine Forests, Pineapple plantations and open fields. You will meet your tour at Rainbow Beach, access point to Fraser Island, which gets its name from the 74 different sand shades that can be found here. Upon setting foot on Southern Queensland's most impressive (and famous) attraction, Fraser Island, you'll be awed by the array of coloured sands, unspoiled freshwater lakes and creeks, pristine white beaches, towering ancient rainforests and the endless stretch of 'Ocean Beach'. (Day 27) - Day Tour, Te Puia

At this maori tourist attraction step into an ancient valley where geysers, mud pools and boiling waters still play after 40,000 years.

As direct descendents, your Maori guides will offer insight into their heritage, pride and values, that no other tour in New Zealand can match. Your guide will re-tell stories that have been handed down for generations while you experience a visual gallery of the myths and legends of the region. Make your way to the carving school where you are able to see and speak with the Maori students at work. As the Kiwi bird has been at home in New Zealand for over 70 million years it is a fortunate experience to visit the specially designed Kiwi House, which takes part in the successful national breeding programme whilst listening to other song birds of the valley. Enjoy a spectacular day in the Fiordland World Heritage Park including a cruise of the famous Milford Sound. On boarding a luxury glass-roofed coach in Queenstown, visitors enjoy a trip along the shores of Lake Wakatipu and through the rolling countryside to Te Anau. After a morning tea break in Te Anau, where you have the option of purchasing refreshments, the coach continues along the spectacular Milford Road. The road to Milford Sound passes through rural towns and skirts around the shores of picturesque lakes backdropped with magnificent mountains. The road then crosses the 'Divide' to enter Cleddau Valley via the Homer Tunnel.
